🏸🏸🏸 Welcome to the Lancaster University Badminton Society! 🏸🏸🏸

We are a social badminton club for everyone – from those who have never played badminton before to those who have played it for years. We welcome groups of any size and solo players; we are the club for everyone. 

Our sessions take place three times a week, lasting one hour each. All of the badminton is played at the Lancaster University sports center, BUT you do NOT have to have a sports center membership to come to our sessions! 

Session times ⏰:

  • Thursday 6pm - 7pm
  • Saturday 2pm - 3pm
  • Saturday 3pm - 4pm

Pricing 💷:

  • Non-members:         £3 per session (purchased on lusu)
  • Members:                 £1 per session (purchased on lusu)
  • Yearly Membership: £15 (must be payed here on the lusu website)

Equipment 🏸:

All of the equipment, such as badminton rackets and shuttles, will be provided by us, so do not worry if you do not have your own.

Booking 📖

Due to the increasing numbers visiting our sessions, this year we will operate a booking system. 

You must book before attending any session. 

To book onto one of our taster sessions, find us at our Freshers fair stall, or contact us on any of our social media.

Apart from playing badminton, we also have fortnightly social events alternating between sober and non-sober events.
