LUSU Advice Service
The Advice Service is impartial, confidential, and non-judgemental. Advisors can support students directly and help them access other university and SU services.
 Drop-in at LUSU (typically 10am–4pm) if an advisor is available
Support is available via email, in person, phone, or Teams.
Wellbeing and Disability Drop-In
Monday–Friday, 12–2pm
Learning Zone, Alexandra Square
Students can attend without booking to ask questions and be guided to appropriate support.
Duty Practitioner (same-day wellbeing support)
Available during working hours (Mon–Wed 9am–5.30pm, Thu–Fri 9am–5pm)

One-to-one wellbeing support
Students who feel significantly affected can request an assessment appointment via the self-referral form on the wellbeing service website.
