On Wednesday 26th June (Week 30) at 10am we will host our Annual General Meeting (AGM) via Teams.

 

The AGM is an opportunity for you, as members of the Students’ Union, to propose and vote on policy, assess our accounts and affiliations, and hold our Trustees to account.

 

Timeline:
•    The deadline for motions is 10am on Wednesday 12th June (Week 28). You can submit motions here. We will publish submitted motions on Wednesday 12th June (Week 28).
•    The deadline for amendments to motions is 10am, Friday 14th June (Week 28). Please send amendments to su.governance@lancaster.ac.uk.
•    The deadline for proxy vote applications is 10am, Tuesday 25th June (Week 30).

 

If you are unable to attend the AGM, you can arrange for a fellow student to vote on your behalf.
