Advice Service
Our Advice service is a free, non-judgemental and confidential support service. Our team of advisors continue to operate during normal working hours (9AM-5PM Monday - Friday). If you need any support please don't hesitate to get in touch at advice@lancastersu.co.uk, the team are here for you as always.
Help Desk
The Welcome Desk may be temporarily closed, but our help desk remains is open online! If you have any general enquires, just drop us an email at help@lancastersu.co.uk.
Free Food & Support Packages
We have a variety of support packages available for any students in need. Whether you're struggling financially and are in need of emergency food aid, are in need of some free Care Necessities to see you through, or would like to use our Essential Food Box delivery service, we're here for you.
Mass COVID testing
Mass testing is available to all students through the university here. If you're planning to return to campus you can book a test ahead of your arrival. You can also cancel any tests booked before January 25th that you no longer need.
