Discover your new home of Lancaster with Lancaster BID and LUSU – plus get the chance to nab a free coffee!

 

In a brand-new event for 2024, we are working with a whole host of high-street businesses to bring you Students in the City.
 
On Thursday 3rd October from 3pm, Lancaster city centre will be dedicated to students with offers, discounts and freebies galore. Join us from 3pm at Lancaster Castle where the first 150 students will receive a free drink from Atkinson’s Coffee while you learn more about Lancaster’s beautiful historic heritage. Then from 5pm onwards, we’ll be bringing some LUSU energy to town so you can expect high-street DJ sets, inflatable axe throwing, giant games, samba drumming and much, much more.
 
We’ve partnered with high-street stores in town in order to provide you with exclusive, student only deals. So, if there’s something you forgot to pack, a restaurant you want to try, or are just looking to treat yourself, check out the offers we have below!

This is a self-guided event. Please make your own way into town using the bus services. From there, we recommend first starting at Lancaster Castle (before 5pm only) and working your way through town thereafter.
