Nominations open to students on November 13th 2017. Students may then fill in an online form available through the union website, stating the name and department of the staff member they wish to nominate, along with a justification as to why they believe them to be eligible.

After the closing deadline for nominations, an Awards Panel, made up of faculty reps, your VP Education and senior academic figures acting on behalf of the university will meet to check nominations against a standardised criteria. Winners will then be chosen by the panel, based on the student testimonials. Where nominations have not met these criteria, feedback will be given to the nominating student.
